For this collaboration with Celia Chu Design we created an ethereal silver fireplace for a private residence within an exclusive high-rise tower.
Occupying a central position within the living dining space, the piece had to be striking, yet luminous in order to allow light to transmit around the room.
The translucent silver leaf verre églomisé was created using techniques developed over years in the studio, allowing the flames of the fire to be visible between the panels of glass.
The translucent fireplace is viewed from either side of the room.
