A gentle lavender and white gold piece for the principal bedroom.
Materials; polychromes and white gold verre églomisé
We are delighted to share another of our collaborations with Celia Chu Design for this elegant corner of a private residence. We were asked to consider lavender and grey hues to suit this relaxing bedroom space and drew up ideas to evoke gently lapping ocean waves.
Rather than creating a mirror-like verre églomisé surface, we antiqued and distressed the gold leaf, gently enough so that natural light is still reflected from the window, whilst softening the image of the room.
